Cancellation Insurance

Protect your trip when confirming your booking. Included only in Non-Refundable rates.

The validity of this insurance begins on the day the booking is confirmed and prepaid and ends on the check-in day.
You may cancel your booking and recover the prepaid amount for more than 20 reasons covered in the policy.
Covers the main unforeseen events before your trip: health, work, legal reasons, flight delays, among others.

Additionally, this insurance includes extra coverage in case of flight delays that may affect your plans:

If your outbound flight is delayed by more than 24 hours and prevents you from starting your trip, you may cancel and claim the prepaid amount of your booking.
If your outbound flight is delayed under the indicated circumstances and you arrive late at your destination, you may claim compensation for the loss of services corresponding to the first night of your booking.

Legal Notice

By contracting our services, you authorize us to share your personal data with FLEXMYROOM INSURETECH, S.L., based in Benidorm (03503 – Alicante), Calle Gambo, 6-2º-F, with CIF B42687616, for the sole purpose of protecting your booking through the insurance services and products offered. Only the strictly necessary data will be shared (name, ID number, postal address and contact details) for insurance activation, in our mutual interest. This entity will delete your personal data once the service has ended and legal deadlines have been met. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing and automated decisions via datos@flexmyroom.com

If you meet any of the conditions described above and have booked a Non-Refundable rate, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us requesting the cancellation of your booking and the invoice of the costs.
2. Contact the insurer via email: flexmyroom@arag.es indicating your personal details and policy number, attaching the invoice and proof of the cancellation reason.
3. The insurer will contact you as soon as possible with further instructions.

The insurance covers the main booking holder as well as their companions.

When you need to use it, you must contact the assistance center at +34 91 566 15 88 to receive instructions and be directed to a medical center or hospital. At partner centers, the company will pay the costs directly. Otherwise, you will need to pay the bill, which will be reimbursed later.

You will receive an email on the day your booking is confirmed with all the insurance information.
